Shortly after we bought our house (even after a home inspection) we discovered that we need to replace the roof. It was a huge project which we did with the help from my best friendCharlie "Smokey" Martin and my sons, Shawn and Jason, and my wife, Jaye. I hope to never have to personally do another roof as long as I live. It was a beastly amount of work as our roof is extremely large with our carport and very large garage.
